There are many older boilers in operation with much of their original equipment, but today these boilers cycle daily instead of being base loaded. The result is increased wear and tear in an environment that commands continual emissions compliance from equipment unsuitable for the service.

Upgrading your firing system is more than just replacing burners. It’s about implementing a new system and can involve everything from the milling system to instrumentation and controls. New logic for modulation of dampers for balanced airflow distribution, and better airflow measurement, for example are two basic elements of a systems approach.
Move your boiler to the-state-of the art
